Fall Style by Alison Saylor | Elyse Wilde Stylist
Let’s talk fall fashion and fall favorites from Elyse Wilde!
If you read my bio, I am a classics kinda gal. For me, I love to invest in classic pieces I can wear all year long and with MULTIPLE things in my closet! I also love a statement piece, and if the time/price is right, it will go home with me. Here are my top 5 fall favorites in-store right now!
My first must-have is this button-down from Stillwater. This top runs a little big, so size down, but it’s SO cozy and can be worn a million different ways! I’ve styled it with jeans & sneakers with a half tuck, or you could wear it with your favorite workout leggings, a ball cap, and sneakers or slides during the warmer months. I’ll let you think of the other ways to wear this beauty!
I am somewhat of a jacket hoarder, so this next item is a given, You can never go wrong with denim jackets or really any jackets. In my opinion. Boyish has amazing denim and I can’t say enough about this denim jacket - the fit is unreal. It’s oversized in the best way, and the wash is PERFECT.
Put your hands up if you love a sweater dress!! This one by Rue Stiic is the ultimate staple in your fall/winter rotation. It’s cozy, a great length, and can be dressed up or down. It’s a must!
If you don’t have this Lack of Color hat….. What are you doing? I will admit, I bought my first one two weeks ago and I can’t stop wearing it. Not only does this hat make you look *extra* cool, but it can hide your day 4, dry shampooed hair. It’s a win-win from me!
Last but not least, this coordinating knit set. It’s to die for and SO cozy. Most of us are working from home and this is the perfect outfit to lounge in, but it can also be taken out of the house (safely of course) and worn with your favorite leather jacket and heels. If you want a more low key look, I would wear this set with sneakers and a denim jacket. The possibilities are truly endless!
